2016 rules summary
- Up to 7 men and 3 women count for each club.
- Men score 28 points down to 1 point.
- Women score 28 points down to 17 points.
- 2 bonus points for every runner above the 7 men and 3 women.
- Bonus points in every M & W age category - 8, 5, 3, & 1.
- Age categories are those used by the race organiser.
- 2nd claim members count in this league.
- Every runner scores points!

Race information 

This is race 3 (of 3) in the inter-club fell race competition with Spectrum Striders RC, Helsby RC and Tattenhall Runners, which is new for 2012.

Remember:

  • 7 men & 3 women from each Club to count.
  • Bonus points for all vet categories, even if you are not one of the 7 men or 3 women.
  • Extra bonus points for each runner above the 7 and 3.

Category:  BS, 4.6 miles (7.4k), 866ft (264m) climb

Race venue:  Raven Inn, Llanarmon-yn-lal, Denbighshire, CH7 4QE.  The Raven Inn in Llanarmon-yn-lal village is about 7½ miles SW of Mold, off the A494 road to Ruthin.
