Our membership numbers is about 150 and growing. Almost half of the members are ladies and we have a wide range of standards. We do not specifically cater for juniors, but are happy to include Juniors over 14 years old in our training if they have parental permission.
If you are thinking of joining us we'll be pleased to see you. We normally suggest that you come along and chat or run with us first for a few weeks, so that you can decide whether the club is right for you. For details of Club nights, see our Training with us page. Alternatively, you can contact one of the committee members - phone numbers and e-mail addresses are on our Committee web page.
There is more background information on the Club for you to look at if you wish.
